Ad image generation stuck on 'Generating image'

User mfprice9@gmail.com reports that ad images are stuck on 'Generating image' in the Ads tab of the /projects/ page. All ads appear stuck on this status and display a 'No Image' placeholder. The user attempted to generate the first few ads for testing and believes this is a system failure.
