Bug: Ad Spy - Error fetching ads (cannot find module proxy agent)

The Ad Spy function is broken. User reports: "I don't see any ads in the All Ads section, and if I want to add a new advertiser, I get an error saying 'Error fetching ads. Appify error: cannot find module proxy agent'." This appears to be a backend dependency issue where the 'proxy-agent' module is missing.
