Bug: Offers missing in Training Data selection (Project: RESTARTUJEM)

I want to report a bug where in the "Edit Training Data" modal, the "Select offers" box shows "No offers available yet" even though my project "RESTARTUJEM" has 8 offers. This happens when I toggle "Apply to all offers" to OFF. I have confirmed the offers exist, so this is a bug in the selection box.
