Troubleshoot

Hello, 

I did not see another support email  but glad to use it if I know it - please let me know.

Two issues  - screen shots below 

1.  I put in my web address in the ad processor and it scrolled for 30 minutes (and continues as I write) with no results. - you can see in the image below it is still scrolling on website scraping

2. I went to the meta connect link and it did the same thing - scrolled for quite a while and never connected - it continues to scroll 

Both are over 30 min now as I send this 

What am I doing wrong? - thanks  Bryan
