Unable to parse AI response

When publishing the ad, the software had some compliance suggestions. I asked that it implements the suggestions, and then it came back with the “Unable to parse AI response”
I then still went ahead and published it, hoping that it will send the correct ad copy through to AI. It didnt, the actual FB ad now has this copy of “Unable to parse AI response”
